Avon Protection Combat II Ballistic Helmet L110

The L110 ballistic helmet is designed for safety in extreme, high-threat situations – such as from small arms (rifle) fire and explosive devices. This ballistic helmet leverages years of expertise to provide protection from blunt impacts and high levels of ballistic threats.

Protects against small arms (rifle) projectiles at the same weight as the ACH helmet.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS:

BLUNT IMPACT PROTECTION:
Tested and evaluated with D3O® Trust Pad System to DOT&E protocol in accordance with AR/PD 10-02,**
AR/PD 14-01 and GL/PD 09-04.

BALLISTIC PERFORMANCE:
Provides protection against select small arms projectiles,
such as 7.62 x 51 mm FMJ (147 gr. NATO M80 ball round):*
  • V0 @ 2100 ft/sec (640 m/sec)
  • V50 @ >2,400 ft/sec (>731 m/sec)
Provides fragmentation protection against 17 grain .22 cal
FSP with V50 value:
  • >3,281 ft/sec (>1000 m/sec) when tested in accordance to STANAG 2920.*
Tested in accordance to NIJ Standard 0106.01 for Ballistic
Helmets to the following ballistic resistance.*

Level IIIA Helmet to NIJ 0108.01 IIIA Ballistic threats:
